Return & Exchange Policy

At Gem Chronicles, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and convenient return and exchange process. Please review the details below for eligibility, timelines, and procedures.

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Final sale items (including clearance or discounted products) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Log in to your account and visit the “Order History” section to initiate a return.
  • If you placed your order as a guest, email customer@gemchronicle.com with your order number.
  • Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and provide the reason.
  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned items, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
  • To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and clearly mention the replacement item.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at customer@gemchronicle.com with your order number and supporting photos.
We will arrange a prepaid return label and process a replacement, exchange, or refund promptly.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

8. Store Credit

You may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit has no expiry date and can be used for future purchases.
