We currently ship primarily within the United Kingdom as well as to international destinations. If your country is not listed, please contact us at customer@gemchronicle.com to check availability.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery durations may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
